Jana: Pesto Chicken, my two cents...

Inspired by Callie's post about pesto chicken last week, my meal plan this week went something like this...

  • Tuesday dinner - grilled pesto chicken tenders, white sweet potato fries, green beans/broccoli
  • Wednesday dinner - pesto chicken & bacon croissant sandwiches, Pringles/SunChips
  • Thursday lunch - shredded pesto chicken, baby carrots

I was impressed. Rob was impressed. Even my coworkers were impressed with my leftovers. This will most certainly be added to our regular rotation.
